We collect information you provide directly: name, email, username, profile photo, Tesla vehicle information (if connected), and content you post. We also collect usage data including device info, IP address, and interaction patterns.
We use your data to provide the S3XYVERSE platform, personalize your experience, process payments, send notifications, improve our services, and ensure platform safety.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers (Stripe, AWS, ElevenLabs), when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Club presidents can see member profiles within their clubs.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, bcrypt password hashing, JWT tokens). All data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls.
